Teamwork is what makes this love of real estate come to life.  Antoine and Tanika Jordan both share an immense passion for the industry and have turned their passion into a rewarding career of property investments. One of their favorite weekend hobbies is visiting model homes to learn the latest trends in design and construction, inspiring them to revamp and modernize their own home.

They specialize in single family, multi-family homes and small apartment buildings that need minor to extensive renovations.  They also take pride in restoring abandoned, unattractive homes and turning them into beautiful, livable, and affordable spaces to call home.  

Antoine has over 20 years of experience in the mechanical contracting field.  He also has electrical and welding experience and extensive knowledge in the plumbing industry. Tanika has over 20 years of operations, administrative and project management experience.
